Do I need to download an app to use it?
No. Nothing to install, for you or your customers. They just tap the card, or scan the QR code, and their phone opens your review page directly.
Will it work with my customers phones?
Yes. NFC tap works on virtually every Android and iPhone released since 2015. Every card also has a QR code, so even older phones or NFC switched off just need a quick scan instead.
What if a customers phone does not support NFC?
Every ReviewCue card includes a printed QR code as a backup. If NFC does not trigger, they simply scan the code with their camera and land on the same review page.
Does my customer need a Google account to leave a review?
To leave a written Google review, yes, Google requires a signed in Google account. That is why we offer a Dual Review Setup so customers can choose Trustpilot instead if they would rather not sign in.
How do you set my card up with my business details?
After you order, we email you straight away for your logo, business name and Google or Trustpilot review link. We program and test every card before it ships, no setup needed on your end.
Can I collect reviews on Google and Trustpilot at the same time?
