How do NFC review cards work?

Our NFC review cards contain a small chip that communicates wirelessly with smartphones. When a customer taps the card with their phone, it instantly opens your Google or Trustpilot review page — no app download or QR scanning required.

Are NFC review cards compatible with all phones?

Yes. NFC is built into all modern Android phones and iPhones (iPhone 7 and later). For older devices, every ReviewCue card also includes a QR code so no customer is left out.

Do I need an app to use Google review cards?

No app is needed — that’s the whole point. Customers simply tap the card or scan the QR code and are taken straight to your Google review page in their browser. It works instantly.

Do you deliver NFC review cards to Leeds and West Yorkshire?

Yes — we’re based in Leeds and serve businesses across West Yorkshire including Wakefield, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax and Wetherby. All orders include free UK delivery via Royal Mail.

Can I get a custom branded NFC review card for my business?

Absolutely. Our branded cards are fully customised with your business name, logo, brand colours and review link. We send you a free PDF mockup within 72 hours for approval before anything is printed.

How long does delivery take for NFC review cards?

Once your design is approved, cards are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days and delivered via Royal Mail. Unbranded cards ship within 1–2 working days.
