How long does the build take?
Starter and Growth sites typically take 2–3 weeks from sign-off. Bespoke projects are scoped individually. I always agree a timeline before we start and stick to it.
Do I need to provide the content?
If you have copy and photos, great — I’ll use them. If not, I can write the copy (add-on) and arrange photography. Most clients do a mix: they supply the basics and I tidy them up.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. WordPress is straightforward to manage, and I include a handover walkthrough with every project. If you ever get stuck, drop me a message.
What does hosting cost after?
Hosting is through WordPress.com (Business plan) — typically around £12–15/month, billed directly to you with no markup from me. You own the account and can transfer it anytime.
Do you work with businesses outside Leeds?
Yes — I work with businesses across West Yorkshire and beyond. The free review is available to anyone in the UK. Local clients get the advantage of an easy face-to-face, but it’s not essential.
What’s included in the free site review?
I’ll look at your current site (if you have one) and give you plain-English feedback on design, speed, mobile experience, local SEO, and conversion. It’s honest and actionable — not a sales pitch. You’re free to take the feedback and do nothing, use another agency, or work with me.
