Common questions

ReviewCue Trustpilot card FAQs

Do customers need an app to use a ReviewCue NFC card?
No. NFC is built into all modern iPhones and Android phones. Customers tap the card on the back of their phone and a notification opens your Trustpilot review page. A QR code is printed on every card as a backup.
How long does a ReviewCue card last?
NFC chips typically last 5-10 years with daily use. The cards themselves are PVC and waterproof, so they stand up to busy counters, salons and barber stations.
Can I see a mockup before I order?
Yes. Send your logo, business name and Trustpilot review link via the contact form and Mark will return a free PDF mockup, usually within 24 hours.
Do you ship outside Leeds?
We are based in Leeds and prioritise West Yorkshire businesses, but we ship across the UK. Mention WESTYORKS10 with your enquiry for a launch discount if you are inside Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate or York.
How quickly will I receive my cards?
Standard turnaround is 72 hours from mockup approval. Rush orders can usually be accommodated - message Mark on WhatsApp.
What information do you need to set up my card?
Just your business name, logo (if you have one), preferred colours, and your Trustpilot review link (or Google Business Profile name and we will find it for you).
